Drift Visa is not a registered migration agent or Australian law practice.

Drift Visa's founder is not currently registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and does not personally provide regulated immigration assistance or legal advice.

Where professional immigration assistance is required, clients may be referred to an appropriately registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner.

2. Our Services

Drift Visa may provide:

3. Initial Consultations

Drift Visa may offer complimentary initial information-gathering consultations.

These meetings are designed to understand a client's circumstances, objectives and general enquiry.

During an initial consultation, Drift Visa may collect background information, explain its administrative services and discuss the professional referral process.

An initial consultation does not constitute immigration assistance, legal advice or a professional assessment of visa eligibility.

Where individual immigration advice is required, the matter may be referred to an appropriately authorised professional.

4. Professional Referrals

Drift Visa works with independent registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners.

Where a client chooses to engage a referred law firm:

  • The law firm determines whether to accept the matter.

  • The client enters into a separate agreement with the law firm.

  • Professional fees are paid directly to the law firm.

  • The law firm is responsible for the professional services it agrees to provide.

  • The firm's own engagement terms and professional obligations apply.

Drift Visa does not guarantee that a referred professional will accept a matter or achieve a particular outcome.

Clients are free to seek assistance from another appropriately authorised professional.

Any referral fees, commissions or financial interests will be disclosed where required by applicable law and professional obligations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge.

Clients must not knowingly provide fraudulent, altered or misleading documents.

Clients should promptly notify Drift Visa or the relevant professional of material changes to information previously supplied.

Drift Visa may decline or discontinue its own services where reasonably necessary due to unlawful conduct, misuse of services or other legitimate circumstances, subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

6. Digital Products and Playbooks

Drift Visa offers digital educational products, including guides, templates, checklists and playbooks.

These resources provide general information and practical preparation tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products do not include personalised immigration advice, visa eligibility assessments or professional legal services.

7. FIFO Job Ready Package

The FIFO Job Ready Package is an employment preparation service provided by Drift Visa.

Depending on the advertised package inclusions, services may include resume assistance, job-readiness checklists, potential employer shortlists and general application preparation information.

The package does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer sponsorship or recruitment outcomes.

It does not include personalised immigration advice or visa eligibility assessments.

The price, inclusions and delivery arrangements applicable to each purchase will be those disclosed at the time of purchase.

8. Australia Setup and Relocation Services

Drift Visa may offer practical relocation preparation services, including the Australia Setup Session.

These services may cover general settlement preparation, accommodation research, employment preparation and everyday relocation considerations.

They do not include regulated immigration assistance or personalised visa advice.

Any migration-related questions requiring professional assessment must be referred to an appropriately authorised professional.
